Kicks, Combos & Core is a high-intensity class that utilizes kickboxing and karate techniques to tone and strengthen your body from the ground up. Exercises include a mixture of squats, footwork, and kicking/punching combinations. Geared toward increasing power, accuracy and hip flexibility.
*There will be punching! Please bring hand-wraps, gloves and a water bottle. *We ask that you get here 10 minutes before class to check in and wrap your hands.
