Full Body Circuit This is a great strength and conditioning workout that is made up of functional movements performed at a high intensity level. You will use anything from kettlebells, battle ropes, TRX, slam balls, dumbbells, rowers, plyometrics boxes, body weight exercises, etc. We will move around the room switching between multi- movement strength exercises and functional fitness cardio moves. Interval training is the best way to burn fat, build lean muscle, increase stamina and keeps your body from plateauing. Come ready to challenge your body and mind! Any level of fitness is welcome. We can modify each exercise, making it more suitable for your fitness level.
