I started as a first time sauna user. All the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Renee offered great advice when I first had a problem tolerating a full session. I have the happy hour membership and go 3-4 times a week.  Sauna has helped tremendously with my arthritis pain and  fatigue. Such a great business!!
