Journey thru Counseling & Wellness (JTC&W) provides
mental health services and yoga. Yoga benefits the mind, body, and
spirit. JTC&W provides a safe space and atmosphere for
individuals to turn inward and seek grounding via asanas (poses),
pranayama (the breath), and mindfulness (being still). I invite you
to come join JTC&W to seek rest, rejuvenation, and stillness. I
look forward to working with you on your yoga practice and guided
