BODY BY DESIGN was first established in 2008. You will not find a
more educated and knowledgeable team of coaches in Muskoka. With
over 25 years of training success and experience, our team is
capable of analyzing your body and creating a fitness plan that
will help you reach your goals. Most plans include healthy eating
and exercise, to ensure your success. We will work with you to keep
you on track and motivated!
