Shannon’s journey with movement began on the ice as a competitive figure skater and Skate Canada coach. While coaching, she pursued studies in Fitness Business and Kinesiology, becoming a certified personal trainer. Her passion for helping athletes move and recover led her to Toronto, where she worked with high-level athletes and later became a physiotherapist assistant.After breaking her back, Shannon faced a long and difficult recovery. When traditional methods weren’t enough, she turned to Pilates—breaking down each movement, rebuilding her strength, and eventually returning to the ice, the clinic, and even having her two children. This experience deepened her belief in movement as a tool for healing and inspired her to become a comprehensively trained Pilates instructor, ELDOA teacher, and stretch therapist.Shannon believes in the power of movement to restore strength, balance, and confidence. Her approach is thoughtful and intuitive, helping clients reconnect with their bodies in a way that feels natural and empowering. She encourages mindful movement, meeting each person where they are, and creating space for strength, ease, and longevity.
