My journey at Cristini Athletics has been difficult, demanding and nothing short of transformative. I’ve faced tough challenges and pushed my limits and every ounce of effort has been worth it. I deeply recognize the interconnectedness of building muscle strength, cardiovascular health, and my mental well-being.

A heartfelt shoutout to the incredible women coaches, especially Julie and Sabrina. These women are not only exceptional athletes but also incredible mentors who have pushed me beyond what I thought was possible.
