Bungee Skill Lab is a low-cardio class focused on skill practice, technique, and understanding bungee movement. This class breaks down skills found in Bungee Burn and Advanced Bungee Burn without choreography or continuous cardio. It allows time to slow things down, ask questions, and practice movements with more intention and instruction. Skill Lab is optional and not required for progression, but it can be a helpful supplement if you want additional confidence, clarity, or repetition with bungee skills. Please arrive early. Once class begins, late arrivals cannot be accommodated.
