

A Trapeze is a horizontal bar hung from ropes. A variety of movements can be performed around the bar, in the ropes, spinning, or static on this apparatus. Students have the opportunity to explore being up in the air while developing strength, coordination, creativity, and confidence. Our Intro to Trapeze classes will cover how to mount and perform poses both on and below the bar. Intro to Trapeze Requirements: No experience or athletic background? No problem! Everyone is welcome and no specific strength is required to begin your aerial journey. .
SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS Arrive 5-10 minutes early for check-in if you did not pre-register for your class. Wear athletic clothing FREE of any zippers. We caution against excessively baggy clothes or clothes that expose the back of the knees or mid-section. Remove jewelry from fingers, wrists, neck, and any earings that could tear or become caught. Bring a water bottle.
