Trial Class

So, you've decided to join The Resistance! You're in good company, we can't wait to lift with you! Your key will give you access 5am-11pm, every day and access to all classes!

Monthly Membership

Learn proper lifting technique, improve your current lifts or PR with friends! Classes are for all levels, all bodies, all abilities. We offer accessible training for ALL bodies!

Single Class

This option is for members of the same household as Resistance Open Gym members.
