About the Class

Looking to advance your strength, endurance, and technique? This class will focus on conditioning to enhance climbs, inverts, and pole tricks and will help to build strong foundations. This class is designed for Level 1 and Level 2 polers, however all levels are welcome to attend!   Prerequisites: This class is open to all levels, however the focus will be on Beginner and Level 2 students Materials: Mat, grip, and water    

Special Instructions

Students MUST ARRIVE TEN MINUTES EARLY. There will be NO LATE ENTRY PERMITTED! If you show up late, you forfeit the class. This is to maintain proper safety measures. Doors are locked at the beginning of class. Please ensure you have read the class description thoroughly and you meet any and all prerequisites required for the class. If you experience any Flu or Cold-like symptoms, DO NOT come to class. Please be safe and respectful for everyone! **We have an 8-hour cancellation policy.  Please remove yourself from class if you are unable to attend at least 8 hours prior to class start time.  There is a $15 fee for late cancels or no shows. There will be no refunds and/or class credits.** Dress Code Policy: Must be signed PRIOR to class Personal Equipment: Students will be required to bring any personal equipment necessary for class. This includes: Mats, water, and grip aid. Grip aid and mats will not be shared.  Grip aid, mats and water are available for purchase in the lobby retail area. Towels: Towels will be provided for each student with each class. Take a new towel for every class. Place your dirty towel in the laundry bin at the end of class.
