Five years ago, my elder brother was also a student of Mike's. We not only received professional physical training, but also felt Mike's professionalism and dedication. We are very grateful.🙏😊

Hansen Fitness For Golf is a TPI-certified golf fitness and
performance training facility in Irvine, serving golfers across
Orange County since 2001. Our coaching team helps golfers of every
age and skill level build the strength, mobility, and power behind
a better, more consistent swing, while reducing the risk of injury.
Start with a TPI movement assessment that shows how your body moves
and what's holding your game back. From there, we build a plan
around your goals through 1-on-1 coaching, Open Gym classes, and
Semi-Private junior classes for young golfers at every stage.
Whether you're chasing distance, playing pain-free, or competing at
a high level, our team will help you get there.
