Our vision was to create a multi-functional gym where people
would feel welcomed, supported and motivated while becoming
physically and emotionally healthier and happier.
We are former world-class athletes and certified fitness
professionals with advanced degrees in exercise science who are
passionate about helping others achieve their fitness/athletic
goals. Our programs include high-intensity intervals, core work,
intense cardio and skill-based training for people of all ages
(5-85) and levels. We offer focused private and small-group
training classes which may be coupled with weight-loss/nutritional
programs to achieve maximum success.
In addition, our boxing training and boxing bootcamp classes not
only provide a great workout but also increase self-esteem,
self-confidence and empowerement. And...more unique
classes and programs coming soon!
If you are looking for a non-traditional gym with functional
training equipment and all classes taught by trained professionals,
we would love the opportunity to be part of your journey towards
achieving your optimal health!
