Greenwood, meet center of the park near bathrooms, cooler months we
use hockey rink! 

Lead by example with littles in tow or no littles at all, all ages
welcome! Get a full body interval-based workout with repeated bouts
of heart pumping exercises, combined with a variety of strength
training sets. Every class keeps your body guessing with a variety
of body weight, free weight, resistance tube, loop band and station
exercises. This class is where we set YOUR foundation, providing
options to build up your fitness or push you out of your comfort
level. All fitness levels welcome including prenatal upon signed
physician’s waiver, provided by GRiT FIT. 

Where to meet & What to bring: any non-umbrella
stroller is required for children under the age of 4, free weights
(between 8 and 15lbs – we recommend a heavy and light set if you
join), loop band, resistance tube, yoga mat, water and comfort
workout attire. Also don't forget anything little one may need
while joining, e.g. snacks & stroller toys or tablet.
Resistance tube and loop band provided when attending for your
first free week.
