3 Classes for $25 Special

F8 Training & Wellness Studio is Springfield's premier
boutique gym offering a variety of group exercise classes and
personal training options. F8 was established in 2020 as a place
for situational self-defense trainings for women and still offer
these specialized programs monthly.  We believe physical
fitness is more then just looking good, but actually feeling good
in your body, mind and spirit.  Our Trainers and Instructors
believe it's never too late to “Control Your F8 (fate)”, and we use
movement as medicine to help our clients live life to the
fullest!
