As an athlete your child has a couple choices, they can choose to be regular and put in minimal work and effort, or they can be different and outwork all their competition and push themselves places they didn’t think their body and mind would go. This is one of those places your child can go to be different and the coaches they have will get them there. Coach Sheys love for fitness and teaching shows every time we leave the gym, my girls are ready to go back for more, they’re addicted now to working out and getting stronger.

Our mission at PERFORM Fitness is to offer specific, customized,
holistic, high-quality, and evidenced based fitness training
methology for all ages and for all goals. We utilize Parisi
training schemes - the industry's leader in
sports-performance. 
We believe a fit body, a fit mind, discipline, and
accountability builds resilience, strength, confidence, endurance,
and knowledge and are foundational in optimizing PERFORMance in any

bathrooms with showers and change rooms, viewing area,
approximately 30 yards of running lanes, and 5000+ sq. feet of
training space); top of the line Intek equipment; and expert,
service-centered, passionate, and caring coaches who will help
elevate and optimize your fitness. There will be access to a
nutritionist, sports/performance psychologist, masseuse, recovery
