Welcome!
Those
starting on their fitness journey, those reigniting their training
routine, and those aspiring to compete at the elite level—all find
a supportive home at P3PE.  With expert instructors, top-notch
facilities, and state-of-the-art equipment, P3PE is a vibrant
training resource.  P3PE is dedicated to helping you achieve
your fitness goals.  We meet you where you are and develop a
plan to propel your progress.

Drawing
upon depths of experience in teaching, coaching, athletics and
competition, P3PE staff educate, encourage, and engage
individuals.  We respect the powerful role of mental attitude
and embed mindfulness into training. Three tenets--Prior Proper
Planning (P3) -- are central to our approach to physical education
(PE).  These tenets transcend athletics and can enrich all
aspects of life, including personal, academic, and
professional. 
 
Through
our Philadelphia training facility, also called The Barn and
Schoolhouse, P3PE provides:

Group
fitness training sessions (in-person, remote, and on-demand) for a
range of ages, from high schoolers to those 70+. Classes focus on:
indoor and outdoor rowing, indoor cycling, weight lifting,
plyometrics, circuit training, and injury prevention)
•         
Individualized personal training


Through
in-person and remote seminars at rowing clubs nationwide and
individual counseling sessions, P3PE:

Guides
high school athletes and their parents on choosing colleges that
complement academic and athletic interests.

 
P3PE
does NOT have a monthly membership fee--simply pay per class or
purchase a package. Other Perks: ample, free parking, and
