Silver Sneakers Circuit ( Formerly LIIT) is a 45-minute class to help you improve Strength , Balance and flexibility with head-to-toe range of motion workout, strengthen key core muscle groups, and boost stamina and endurance without straining joints. A balance component has been added to improve core strength and stability.
Arrive AT LEAST 5 minutes prior to class time in order to set up for the class. It is highly recommended that you bring water and a towel
