About the Appointment

This one hour sessions is a required session for each member before progressing into any of our other programs. For many people, this is the first time using a kettlebell and some of the other tools you will see at 212. The workshop focuses on form and technique of the basic movements you will experience in our class and small group environments. It gives us and you the opportunity to work one on one together to ensure your technique is at a safe level for you to progress into another program.
