A private session is a great way to experience the true essence of Pilates, focus on your body and how you move. It is also a great way to de-stress, workout and feel great! Please review the Instructors Bio to ensure they will be the right fit for you. If you have an injury that you are dealing with or recovered from, concerned about it being Chronic you will want to start working with our Rehabilitation Therapist Kathleen or Eva. If after doing a package of rehabilitation session you can either stay with those Therapist or move to another Instructor.
