Butterfly Studios Pilates by Sandra Baeza is awesome. The combination of expert instructors and  a wide variety of classes makes this studio a great place to begin or continue  a Pilates practice. I had never tried Pilates but experienced an improvement in my flexibility and knee pain after only a few months of classes. I find  Butterfly Studios Pilates to be a supportive and inspiring environment that is helping me meet my fitness goals. I highly recommend!
