Ca Home Pilates is the premier provider of Equipment and Mat Pilates in St. Pete, specialized in Rehab and Women’s Health. Clare is a highly experienced APPI Certified Pilates Instructor with a background in Womens Health and Rehab Physiotherapy.Clare first found Pilates in her teenage years. In 2010 she moved back to Australia from the UK to start working at a private physiotherapy clinic with an attached Pilates studio providing clinical pilates. It was here that she started her pilates training.In 2015 Clare and her husband moved to the USA. It was at this time that Clare's focus moved primarily to teaching Pilates whilst also balancing the new life of motherhood.Clare's passion is using her physiotherapy background to help her clients to reach their rehab and fitness goals. She has a particular interest in Rehab and Women's Health, including prenatal, postnatal, perimenopause and meopause.
