Hi, my name is Morgan and I’m a coffee enthusiast by day & Pilates Instructor by night! My family and I moved from Carson City, NV to Sulphur Springs in 2023 and fell in love with it here. I fell in love with Pilates 7 years ago and finally decided to get certified to teach here at The Hidden Gem! My goal is make your workouts work for you in an inspiring, upbeat, and positive way!
