Bluming Sol Fitness is New Glarus’ growing
home for movement, wellness, and community! What started
as a welcoming mat-based Pilates studio is now expanding to offer
yoga and other wellness experiences—with even more exciting classes
and instructors coming soon.
Whether you’re brand new to fitness or looking to
deepen your practice, you’ll find supportive, small-group classes
designed to build strength, mobility, balance, flexibility, and
confidence in an encouraging environment. No experience is
necessary—just bring yourself and a willingness to move.
Enjoy complimentary coffee, tea, cocoa, and water,
body composition scans for members, and community-centered events
throughout the year. We proudly welcome adults of all ages and
fitness levels, from beginners and active older adults to athletes
and anyone looking to feel stronger, move better, and live
well.
This is just the beginning—we’re growing
together, and we can’t wait to share what’s next!
