About the Class

Hot 60 minute yoga for all levels. This class combines elements of Bikram style hatha with vinyasa flow. The focus is to heal and maintain the body by balancing strength and flexibility, practice guiding you to a happier, healthier life. Hot yoga classes are designed to stimulate each organ, gland, muscle and system of the body through a comprehensive system of practical health-maintenance and disease prevention. A dedicated and consistent practice will reverse the effects of aging, regulate metabolism, reduce the effects of stress and strain, and help reduce chronic pain. All are welcome to stretch, strengthen, sweat, smile, and grow healthier and happier within your yoga practice! Room is heated to 95-100F
