Our runner performance program is an 8-week training program from any level of runner seeking to improve their strength, flexibility, and mobility for the upcoming competitive season. Participants will undergo combine-style testing at the beginning and conclusion of the program to document baseline and post-program abilities. Participants can expect a combination of plyometrics drills, lower body strength and power exercises, core strength and stability movements, and mobility/flexibility each session to enhance running performance. Session 1- Pre-Program Testing- March 22th, 2025 at 11:00am Session 2-9- Performance Training Program- March 24-May 12, 2025 Session 10- Post-Program Testing- May 17, 2025 at 11:00am
Session will be held at Excelsior Sports Performance center at Flash Fields (6831 Seneca Street, Elma, NY 14059) Please wear approriate workout attire (t-shirt, shorts, athletic shoes) and bring a water bottle! Locker room faciities including showers are avaiable on site. Please bring toiletries/towel if planning to utilize.
