DescriptionsHIIT (High
Intensity Interval Training): With maximum intensity & a
bootcamp style class, HIIT
will test your limits. You'll be guided through a variety of
exercises using our strength and cardio equipment. From kettlebells
to Versaclimbers and battle ropes, this physical and mental
challenge will keep you coming back for more.
Heavybag Training (Kickboxing
& Boxing): In these classes, you’ll master the punching and
kicking techniques essential for getting the most from your workout
and improving your skills on the heavybag. Dive into dynamic
combinations, challenging calisthenics, and explosive plyometrics
to obliterate stress while sculpting your body and burning
calories. The class will leave you exhausted but empowered, leaving
you primed to conquer your fitness goals and daily life.
Fight Skills: Build a base of
effective sportfighting and self-defense techniques and knowledge.
For those seeking a heightened challenge, choose to engage in live
sparring to integrate your newfound skills and
knowledge.
Yoga: Embark on a transformative
journey with our yoga sessions, where serenity and strength
