This class is suitable for all including; people new to Yoga, returning from time away or recovering from injury. Embracing the style of both Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga this class will move at a slow, steady pace. Postures will be held longer to allow for more time to learn the postures and gain greater understanding to build confidence. Plenty of opportunity will be given to enjoy grounded postures to encourage stretch, release and recovery. The class will end with meditation and breath to calm and soothe. Yoga mat and yoga block(s) recommended.
