Elisa Robin Wells has a lifelong passion for yoga that goes beyond her time on the mat. For her, yoga is not only a practice but a way of life—one that nourishes the mind, body, and spirit daily. With over 25 years of personal practice and 10 years teaching experience she has integrated yoga into her daily life, finding joy and mindfulness in each breath, each movement, and each moment of stillness.Drawing on her extensive background in Hatha, Flow, Gentle, Yin, Iyengar, Jivamukti and other styles, Elisa believes that yoga is a powerful tool for self-discovery and healing, and loves sharing this with her students. Through her years of dedication, she has come to see yoga as a path to greater awareness and peace, both on and off the mat. Her personal practice includes meditation, breathwork, and mindful movement.As a teacher, she brings this love and commitment to her classes. She encourages her students to discover their own personal connection to yoga and to carry these principles into their daily lives to find balance, resilience, and joy in the present moment.
