Sunday June 28th 6pm-7:30pm $12 Donation Singing mantra in community - or Kirtan - is an invaluable (and fun!) way to regulate your nervous system, connect with your deepest self, and build the nourishing bonds of human and Divine connection that sustain us as we navigate fierce and turbulent times. It's not about sounding good, it's about having a good time....and fostering your innate capacity for healing, and offering, through song. Your song leaders: Laurie McTeague is a navigation facilitator and guide, cultivating potent medicine to support people charting a unique course through life, and traversing the inevitable passages through uncertainty, challenge and change.
