About the Class

This High Intensity Interval Training class fuses methods taken from Crossfit, Yoga, Pilates, strength and endurance training to help you develop a well sculpted physique.  It will take your heart rate up and then down allowing you to build endurance and great heart capacity.  Although this class addresses the full body it places an emphasis on the larger muscles of the lower body to boost fat burning. Over time you will begin to build stronger leaner muscles. *This class is beginner friendly and designed to help the novice to the advanced participant. Benefits: Improved posture and balance. Improves posture. Great interval workout. Improved flexibility and stability. Creates a more balanced body. Increases lower body & core strength.

Special Instructions

Out of respect for our clients please arrive 10 minutes prior to class start. Anyone more than 5 minutes late will not be allowed in class.  ALL CLASSES MUST BE BOOKED PRIOR TO CLASS.  * Two (2) person minimum required for class. All classes with just one (1) person registered will be canceled up to 30 minutes before class start.  MUST SUPPLY OWN MAT, WEAR SNEAKERS.
