This class was so good!  Jen did an amazing job of challenging us to work hard while cautioning us to listen to our bodies. I felt very comfortable as a first timer to Sculpt Yoga and plan to get to this class more often.

Anderson Yoga Center is a
yoga studio in Anderson, SC, offering a myriad of classes: Power
Flow, Mindful Flow, Gentle Flow, Yin, Restorative, and Sculpt with
Weights; Hot, Warm, and Non-Heated temperatures; and a myriad of special events and workshops to
improve your overall health and wellbeing. Anderson Yoga Center's
overall style of yoga is unique in that it is accessible to
all levels, all ages, all bodies, all people! Our teachers are
focused on a safe, sustainable practice, with special attention to
anatomical alignment, and often weave in an uplifting message for
students to carry home with them. You will breathe; you will
flow; and you will find yourself feeling refreshed and renewed
in so many ways!
Founded in 2014, Anderson
Yoga Center started off as “90 Degrees Yoga Anderson,” and was
purchased by its new owner, Megan Schlobohm, in January 2018.

At Anderson Yoga Center,
you will find warmth all around - the Hot Yoga classes are heated
to about 95-99ºF, and Warm Yoga classes are heated to about 80-85ºF
(with the purpose of preventing injury to our Earthly bodies). Your
teachers are not only knowledgable in and devoted to the practice
of yoga, but they are kind, thoughtful, beautiful souls. When
you practice at Anderson Yoga Center, you are treated like
family! There are additional
workshops and special events planned every month to continue to
help you grow on your journey.
