

First we run, then we flow. Join Urban Yogis and North of Seattle Run Club for this FREE event. You'll get warmed up with a 30-minute run (or walk) with North of Seattle Run Club, followed by 20-minutes of yoga with Kiana to leave you feeling grounded and ready to take on your day. All levels are welcome. Bring water and a yoga mat—and let's get ready to move our bodies in community! A limited number of yoga mats are available to borrow so please bring your mat if you have one.
