Always fascinated with how functional activities and postural habits affect form and movement, Debbie is enthusiastic about sharing the benefits of Pilates. Having had a desk job as a financial controller for twenty years, she is particularly aware of how long periods of sitting can affect posture and create discomfort in the body and, after a long search, she discovered Pilates was the first exercise that effectively brought ease and realignment to her body.

Debbie’s experience as a Pilates student inspired her to learn the method so that she could encourage others to stay fit and agile. Her extensive training in various methods including Power Pilates, Balanced Body University, and Polestar Pilates have shaped her into a well rounded instructor who enjoys working with clients who are seeking increased body awareness and physical improvement.
