Second class in for me, and I had a blast!! I’ve never felt more welcomed in a hobby than I do with this one. I feel super encouraged and accomplished during classes, can’t wait to come back again!!

Welcome to Good Karma Studio in Albany, NY. With 3 large studios
in one building, we offer something for everyone of all ages and
abilities. Tired and bored of the gym treadmill? Our “adult
playground” will give you an amzing workout while having FUN!
GKS is the Capital Regions ONLY Circus Arts & Aerial Yoga
school specializing in Aerial Yoga, Lyra Hoop, Aerial Silks, Silk
Hammock, & Bungee Fitness.
We also have a dedicated traditional mat yoga studio offering a
variety of styles ranging from beginner-advanced.
Our group fitness classes, such as Barre & TRX will help you
build strength & confidence in your flying fitness
abilities.
Kids classes a plenty! Check out our kids programs under our
Workshops & Events tab.
