Camille
Camille's love of yoga has led her to a daily practice. Internalizing, analyzing and adjusting asanas is a favorite past time. This personal practice has taught her how to use breath to explore physiological connections, remove emotional blocks and build inner strength. She is passionate about helping her students find that same breath supported freedom in their bodies.

Camille has been studying and practicing yoga for 27 years, and teaching for ten years. Her 200 hour Yoga Alliance Certification is through Forrest yoga. She has also completed a year long Forrest Yoga Teacher Mentorship. She has over 200 additional hour of certified Mind Body Training with Edward Clark, Simon Park, Shiva Rea, Doug Swenson and Body Rolling with Yamuna Zake.
