Julie
Julie began her practice of yoga in 2010. She has been a devoted student for 10 years. She completed her 200 hour Yoga Teacher certification in 2020 under the guidance of Aaron Styles, creator of Styles Yoga. She has also attended several workshops including perfect chattaranga, chakra balancing, and mindful yoga poses.

Julie has tremendous knowledge in creative vinyasa sequencing, safe alignment, applied Anatomy, Physiology of Yoga, Meditation, hands on assisting. Her passion for teaching shines through on her mat with every class, while honoring traditional practices and beliefs. Her vibrant personality and compassion is well integrated in her approach to teaching.

When Julie is not spending time with her family, she also offers private yoga instruction. To create a safe and enjoyable yoga experience. Julie focuses on the students abilities and needs. Encouraging awareness, curiosity and acceptance on and off the mat.
