Kayla
Kayla was first introduced to yoga in high school. She practiced occasionally over the years and always held an intrigue with yoga. In 2015 she started taking regular classes and was also introduced to aerial yoga. She completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training through Styles Yoga in February of 2017 and completed her Aerial certification through Jessica Lubin of Good Karma Studio in October 2017.

Personally, Kayla really enjoys aerial cirque, inversions and flips. In teaching, she enjoys helping people challenge themselves by trying new asanas while being mindful of each individuals body.
