Jenn's Pilates class was recommended to me by my massage therapist, Julia Keller to help improve my core strength in order to ease back pain. I'll admit, it was a bit tough, but I haven't exercised in a while and Jenn said I did well (I was surprised!). I actually signed up for a private class with Jenn to really drill down on the areas I need improvement and to fine tune my posture and poses.
Becky is a compassionate and thoughtful certified teacher who joys in creating a safe space where students can leave their stress behind by inviting them to become present on their mat, challenge themselves to improve their body and mind, and find focus and confidence as they progress in their practice.
A southern California native, she has loved expressing movement and emotion with her body since the age of 3 when she began taking classes at the local dance academy. She continued to learn, enjoying cheer, pilates, yoga, and Zumba, before finding aerial and yoga and becoming certified as an instructor in 2015. Since then, Becky has constantly sought new opportunities and experiences to grow- at retreats, yoga festivals, and gatherings around the world.
She is excited to join the Good Karma team where she can share her passion and knowledge with her students teaching Yoga, Aerial, and AirReal yoga.
