Jenn's Pilates class was recommended to me by my massage therapist, Julia Keller to help improve my core strength in order to ease back pain. I'll admit, it was a bit tough, but I haven't exercised in a while and Jenn said I did well (I was surprised!). I actually signed up for a private class with Jenn to really drill down on the areas I need improvement and to fine tune my posture and poses.
Alyssa fell in love with yoga while navigating her personal
health, fitness and wellness journey— she’s been obsessed with all
types of movement ever since! She believes that yoga should be
accessible for everyone, no matter the level of experience and
lives by “do what feels good, not what looks good.” She obtained
her 200 Hour Teacher Training with Justin Wolfer at Rise Movement
& Arts Center and Aerial Yoga Certification with Jessica Lubin.
A lover of aerial arts and acro yoga, you can find her outside of
the studio hiking and camping, cuddling her cats Jade and Indigo,
working at the Mohawk Hudson Humane Society, chasing rock/jam
concerts, getting crafty in the kitchen and scoping out tasty vegan
food!
