Jenn's Pilates class was recommended to me by my massage therapist, Julia Keller to help improve my core strength in order to ease back pain. I'll admit, it was a bit tough, but I haven't exercised in a while and Jenn said I did well (I was surprised!). I actually signed up for a private class with Jenn to really drill down on the areas I need improvement and to fine tune my posture and poses.
For the last 8 years practicing yoga off and on has been Jess's way to heal from all kinds of hurts; physical, mental, and emotional. Learning to honor and respect her body's limitations due to injury and illness has been a large part of her yoga journey and one that she openly shares with her students.
She received her 500HR certification in Hatha and Vinyasa styles from Sunstone Yoga Academy's 8 week intensive program in 2013.
