Jenn's Pilates class was recommended to me by my massage therapist, Julia Keller to help improve my core strength in order to ease back pain. I'll admit, it was a bit tough, but I haven't exercised in a while and Jenn said I did well (I was surprised!). I actually signed up for a private class with Jenn to really drill down on the areas I need improvement and to fine tune my posture and poses.
Meg Affonso is a body positive + sex positive artist, healer and experienced yoga teacher based in the Albany, NY area. Meg has been a student of yoga for 20 years and she began sharing her love for yoga in the spring of 2008 after completing training with Atmananda Yoga in NYC. Meg studied with the Deena Levy Theatre Studio in NYC and has performed in a variety of theatrical and film productions. Meg has a professional background in the culinary arts and she uses her knowledge of food, yoga & the arts to help people create wellness in their daily lives. She is a Reiki practitioner and a student of herbalism. Her yoga teaching and artistic background has allowed her to reach many people by offering a variety of classes, trainings & workshops. Her mission is to tell stories that matter & to help others find their own path to healing through art and holistic modalities.
