Jenn's Pilates class was recommended to me by my massage therapist, Julia Keller to help improve my core strength in order to ease back pain. I'll admit, it was a bit tough, but I haven't exercised in a while and Jenn said I did well (I was surprised!). I actually signed up for a private class with Jenn to really drill down on the areas I need improvement and to fine tune my posture and poses.
Tiana Taylor is a Registered 200 Hour Yoga Teacher in the Capital District. Her journey in yoga began during her pregnancy with prenatal yoga. Fast forward a few years, Tiana completed her 200 hour with Styles Yoga In 2017 and has continued gaining experience teaching all age yogis- introducing her unique asana experience in the school settings- K-12 and college, community settings for various kids yoga, enticing “trap yoga” and guidance on bringing forth alignment through chakra journey workshops. Her humble goal and mission is to bring yoga to all beings- of all backgrounds and ages, creating a judgment free, feel good zone of self awareness and soul awakening.
