This was my first time ever trying aerial yoga. It was a little awkward at first but Sam was really helpful and I think by the end of the class I figured out how to not get too pinched by the silk. I liked it even more than I thought I would ! So happy you did a class in Saratoga, I’m hoping to start coming to the Albany studio soon. I loved it and can’t wait to try again, thank you !

In her classes, Liz uses a blend of movement, meditation, pranayama, and healing rituals, making this a celebration of connection, support, and integration.
Liz has a dedicated personal practice and continually focuses on developing her knowledge of yoga, as applied to mental health and somatic healing practices. She offers private yoga and somatic sessions for the treatment of trauma and other mental health concerns.
