Been coming to Good Karma for almost a year now and it's the best thing I've ever done for myself! Everyone is kind, accepting and friendly. I've tried several different classes and really enjoy them all. It's truly my safe place. Awesome atmosphere.
Liz is a psychologist and RYT 500 who believes in the power of mindful self-compassion as a force for personal renewal and change. She brings a strong foundation in yoga teachings and somatic experiencing techniques to address physical, mental, and emotional suffering. In her classes, Liz uses a blend of movement, meditation, pranayama, and healing rituals, making this a celebration of connection, support, and integration.
Liz has a dedicated personal practice and continually focuses on developing her knowledge of yoga, as applied to mental health and somatic healing practices. She offers private yoga and somatic sessions for the treatment of trauma and other mental health concerns.
