I absolutely love my Tuesday & Wednesday bootcamp/circuit training classes with Karen! She brings many new moves & keeps us challenged. Seeing Karen always adds a special boost to my day.
Michelle completed her 200 hour power yoga certification through
CorePower Yoga in 2017. In addition, she also completed a 5 week
power yoga extension program in 2018. She has been practicing yoga
for over 18 years and loves the Vinyasa Flow style of class. She
has always been involved with and has had a passion for fitness of
all kinds. Presently, Michelle‘s philosophy is that although there
are many modalities to fitness… connecting mind, body and spirit is
so crucial for overall health, balance and well-being of self. Her
love of yoga and what it can do physically, mentally and
spiritually has ignited a passion to motivate others to be the very
best they can be.
