Total Body Blast is such a great class! Bruce, the instructor, is amazing! He really kicks your butt during class but he makes you laugh while doing it. I look forward to going to this class each week and recommend it to friends! Keep up the great work, Bruce!
Taylor began her yoga journey in August 2013 and quickly fell in love with the practice. As she grew physically stronger through the asana practice, the strength and peace she found on the mat began to permeate other realms of her life, and after six months, she enrolled in a 200-hour teacher training program. Taylor is a registered instructor with Yoga Alliance and teaches a vinyasa flow style class. She believes in the transformative power of yoga and that this practice truly is for everyone. She hopes that by offering careful alignment and intelligent movement, students will also receive the meditative benefits of a regular yoga practice.
