At Longevita Pilates & Yoga Studio, LLC, our mission is to
bring positive change to each individual through Pilates, yoga,
barre, TRX and other fitness regimes despite their current physical
abilities or age. At Longevita, you will find that what we offer is
much deeper than fitness classes. We want to enable our clients to
find the best balance of strength, flexibility, coordination, and
body awareness. This balance of mind and body allows our clients to
improve their lifestyles, and achieve their goals, be it fitness or
rehabilitation, with life changing results.
We focus on functional fitness that will compliment any activity
or fitness program/goals. Along with Pilates training, we feature
exercises that mimic natural movements, by combining strength,
balance, and core in a way that typically leads to better muscular
balance and joint stability. By incorporating Pilates,
hot/unheated/meditaion/kids' yoga, barre, TRX and other fitness
regimes, this can help you improve cardiovascular fitness,
lose weight, and continue rehabilitating after an injury. We also
offer modifications in many classes to meet the particular fitness
needs of prenatal and postnatal women, people with special
needs such as multiple sclerosis, the active aging population,
and much more!
