I have always wanted to take Pilates Reformer class and Sheila's class far exceeded my expectation. This class is great for low impact muscle and strength work.
Hien has been practicing yoga since she was 15 years old. Yoga has helped her survive trauma, depression, and anxiety. Hien teaches yoga with the hopes it will guide people to connect with themselves and cultivate self-compassion. Making yoga accessible and inclusive is important to Hien. Along with her 200-hour yoga training, Hien has additional training in yoga for the PTSD and TBI communities. Hien's teaching is inspired by the principles of trauma-informed yoga, mindfulness, and the eight limbs of yoga.
