I stepped out of my comfort zone and took the Hot Core class with Alisha and oh my heck was it awesome. She is very inspirational and caring just loved her vibe can’t wait to take it again
Hien has been practicing yoga since she was 15 years old. Yoga has helped her survive trauma, depression, and anxiety. Hien teaches yoga with the hopes it will guide people to connect with themselves and cultivate self-compassion. Making yoga accessible and inclusive is important to Hien. Along with her 200-hour yoga training, Hien has additional training in yoga for the PTSD and TBI communities. Hien's teaching is inspired by the principles of trauma-informed yoga, mindfulness, and the eight limbs of yoga.
